Who is Honor Space for?
Honor Space is being built for holistic practitioners and their existing clients, for routine questions and follow-up conversations between sessions. It is not an emergency or medical-record service.
Do I need a practitioner’s invitation?
Your practitioner can share their personal Honor Space link or @username. Sign in to your client account to find their profile and review their rates. This is a private pilot; contact support if you need help getting started.
When does a question count toward usage?
The rate is recorded when you send the question. Usage is recorded when the practitioner answers. Unanswered questions expire after 48 hours without an answered-question charge. Replies do not add a second question fee.
Can I make calls or payments yet?
Live calls, payment collection and payouts are not enabled in the current private pilot. Usage and invoices are unpaid records. Payment methods and any additional authorization will be explained before live payments are introduced.
How do I request account deletion?
You can request account and associated-data deletion from a browser without installing the app. Visit our account deletion page for the request link and support options.
