Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your Honor Space account and associated data here without installing or reinstalling the Android app.

Request account deletion in your browser

Sign in to the app account service in your browser, choose Client or Practitioner and confirm your request. The server records a private request reference for operator processing. Submitting a request does not immediately erase data.

Cannot sign in?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Honor Space account deletion,” or use the support form and choose Account deletion. Include your account email or username and say that you want the account and associated data deleted. You do not need the app. Never send your password. Support will verify ownership before acting.

What happens to the data?

For eligible private-pilot accounts, the operator erases the profile, sign-in sessions, recovery records, consent and associated questions and replies from the active database. Conversations are removed from both participants' workspaces. Financial records, operator accounts and any linked provider identities or rooms need additional review and cleanup; they are not silently treated as deleted. Backups, support correspondence and hosting logs require separate handling. See the privacy policy for the current limits.

Support will provide the expected completion time after verification and explain any retention exception. A pending request or account suspension is not completed deletion. Ask support for confirmation of the actual erasure and handling of retained copies.
